Back from obscurity.. slowly.

The LCN site is getting patched up, with the image archives coming back online after several years… most of us are over on facebook, and can be easily contacted there. We’ve been pretty slack-tacular the last couple years, but keep an eye out for a revival.. as soon as we all get our broke-ass bikes running again.

lcn the only ‘active’ club in Austin?

Ok, thats a bit pushing it, but still — with the apparent demise of Piston Broke, and nothing quite yet formed from the musings of the so-called “Austin Scooter Alliance” (not a club, but just James’ name for the Sunday rides), there isn’t much as far as ‘scooter’ clubs in Austin anymore.

Well, there is the ‘Smart Ass Scooter Sisters’ aka SASS…

Updatey date date.

OK, here’s the latest:

  • no scoot-arama rally (nobody wants to plan it)
  • those going to SH12 in Chicago: Thursday night party at Liar’s Club is THE place to be. LCN pre-parties are really the only reason to go. More info soon.
  • looks like there’s some life in the austin scene. not bad, keep on ridin’
  • cha cha has a new addition to the fleet – 81 suzuki GS 450
  • chicks dig silent ron
